Itinerary
Kiel
The picturesque port city is best known for the Kiel Canal and the unique sailing event "Kiel Week". However, Kiel has much more to offer: Stroll through the pretty port city and enjoy the maritime flair!
Embarkation 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Day 2
Look forward to a varied time out at sea.
Stavanger (Norway)
Stavanger is one of the oldest cities in Norway. The beautiful town lies on the Byfjord, an arm of the Stavangerfjord in the southwest of Norway. Wander through the cobbled streets of the old town of Gamle Stavanger, past the white wooden houses. The famous Preikestolen is also not far away.
Bergen (Norway)
Bergen combines 900 years of history with the youthful ambience of a student city. With its seven mountains, bays and peninsulas, Bergen was once a center of the Hanseatic League. Traces of this past can still be found today - most clearly in the old merchants' quarter of Bryggen, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you walk on planks through the labyrinth of narrowly built counting houses and warehouses with their beams and cornices.
Lerwick (Shetland Islands)
The Shetland Islands offer a seemingly endless and breathtaking coastal landscape, framed by high cliffs, pristine beaches and crystal clear water. You'll get up close and personal with this diverse landscape on a trip from Lerwick, and if you're lucky, you might even see the cute ponies. Or are you in the mood for hiking ? Then come with us to the island of Mousa and its millennia-old broch, a round, windowless tower from the Iron Age.
Day 6
Look forward to a varied time out at sea.
Heimaey ( Westman Islands)
On the Westman Island you will feel the forces of nature that prevail here up close. Heimaey is considered "Pompeii of the North" because of a volcanic eruption in 1973. At that time, an eruption fissure almost two kilometers long opened in the middle of the night without notice, not far from the town center. The events can still be impressively reconstructed on a tour.
Reykjavík
Colorful roofs and ultra-modern buildings adorn the world's northernmost capital. In the center of Reykjavík, galleries and bars mingle charmingly with historic alleys of houses. Reykjavík is a peaceful city. Relax in the impressive atmosphere of the Blue Lagoon between black lava rock and the turquoise blue, 39 degree warm water.

Grundarfjörður (Iceland)
From afar, the mountain giant Kirkjufell greets you with its breathtaking waterfall, Kirkjufellfoss. Embark on a trail paved with legends through the small fishing village of Grundarfjordur while enjoying the breathtaking Icelandic nature.
Ísafjörður (Iceland)
On a sandbank in front of the towering cliff Eyrarfjall, the picturesque Icelandic town of Ísafjörður welcomes you. Colorful historic houses are dotted around the horseshoe-shaped center of the Westfjords. Be enchanted by the spectacular location of the harbor town!
Akureyri (Iceland)
The town of Akureyri in Iceland's northwest will strike you as unusual. The climate is milder, with 960 hours of sunshine a year, and the vegetation is more lush. The wooden houses are valuable in terms of architectural history. Mount Stryta piles up in gentle hills, its peak adorned by an icy sugar loaf.
Day 13
Look forward to a varied time out at sea.
Seyðisfjörður (Iceland)
A real tongue twister awaits you: Seyðisfjörður means something like "fjord of the fireplace" and thus already gives a hint of the sensational location of the place. It is surrounded by high, mostly snow-covered basalt mountains. The river Fjarðará flows down from the Fjarðarheiði plateau over countless small and large waterfalls. Only around 700 people live at the end of the fjord of the same name. You will be able to look over the shoulders of many of them on a tour of their everyday lives before continuing on to the 1,200-hectare Skalanes nature reserve.
Day 15
Look forward to a varied time out at sea.
Day 16
Look forward to a varied time out at sea.
Mandal (Norway)
Mandal is Norway's southernmost town. Idyllically situated at the mouth of the Mandalselva River, it is best known for its more than 650 historic wooden houses. Be sure to visit Mandal Kirke, the largest wooden church in Norway with seating for 1,300 people.
Day 18
Look forward to a varied time out at sea.
Hamburg
Welcome to Hamburg! The pearl of the north inspires with its many facets. Stroll through the modern Hafencity, enjoy the beautiful parks along the Alster or pay a visit to the trendy district of St. Pauli.
Disembarkation until 09:00.
